One app.
Everything your shul does
The MyShul synagogue mobile app puts invoices, donations, sponsorships, seats, forms, and schedules on your users' phones, so they stop calling the office to ask.
The shul app your members will actually use.
Members pay their own invoices
They open the app, see exactly what they owe, and pay it, which is a lot of phone calls your office never has to take.
They buy and sign up without your help
Anything you list, whether it is seats, sponsorships, items, or forms, members can handle themselves from the app.
Collect in person with Tap-to-Pay
Simply enter the amount, connect to a MyShul account if applicable, and tap their card to your phone.

A simple UI that makes complex forms easy to create

Users can pick up where they left off, increasing completion rate.
Paying Balance
Every form can point at its own QuickBooks account, income account, and bank account, so the books stay clear.
Admin Settings
Your top questions, answered.
Yes. A member can put a donation on a monthly schedule or split a balance into installments right in the app, and it runs on its own from there. Nobody in the office has to set it up or chase the next payment.
No. Admin tools live in the same app, and they only show up for people you authorize. A gabbai or an office manager signs in and sees what you gave them access to, and everyone else just sees the member side.
Yes. Tap to Pay lets a staff phone accept a tapped card or phone on its own. That covers the dinner, the bake sale, and the person who walks into the office wanting to pay a balance, without hardware to carry or charge.
Whatever you list. Seats, sponsorships, tickets, items, and forms all show up for members to buy or complete, and the payment and the record land in your system the same way they would on the website.
MyShul imports your data for you, including member records and account balances, so members open the app and find their own history already there. You do not hand your congregation a blank slate on day one.
