Users Choose How Many, Admins Choose Where
Your top questions, answered.
When selecting seats, either directly from the map or by choosing a quantity, users can enter a name for each seat individually or use one group name for the entire reservation. For example, you can display “Wahba Family” or individual names like “Elie Wahba,” “Abie Wahba,” and more. Admins can edit or override any of these names at any time.
Yes. Once built, a map can be reused across all future events. You can also create as many unique maps as you need.
Yes, and that is what most shuls use it for. You can run several maps inside one event (e.g. main sanctuary, women's section, second minyan, etc.)
Yes. Set a member price and it applies on its own when a member logs in, so nobody in the office has to remember who gets what. You can also create coupon codes for a set discount or to let someone reserve a seat now and pay later.
Yes. Print labels for each seat, and print the full map with names on it, which is what most shuls hand to the gabbaim before Rosh Hashanah.
You choose how it works. You can allow users to select their own seats, or hide the map so only admins can assign them. Admins can always override and reassign seats at any time.
